Our Pallet Crisis Team was created in April of 2020, before starting the business of managing companies pallet issues and concerns, we had to understand this business. We were successful in being able to interview over 200 shipping and receiving companies in the Metro Atlanta area, we sat with many owners and managers to learn their best business practices, their use of pallets, their pallet challenges, and cost and financial worries when it comes to shipping and receiving. Based on what we learned, we became Pallet Crisis Managers and our primary goal was to make things easier for companies to handle and manage the three most concerning crisis that was shared with all the owners and managers we interviewed.
Crisis #1
Not having the adequate supplies of pallets for shipping goods nationally and internationally. Without pallets, this process slowed down the ability to ship which had a direct effect on revenue and business relationships to deliver in a promised time frame. A large percentage of the owners and managers found that a business agreement for daily, weekly, or monthly deliveries of new or used pallets helped minimize that stress of not meeting delivery times and dates.
Crisis #2
An over abundance of pallets at the warehouse causes many issues for storage and financial expense. Ninety Seven (97%) percent of the Owners and Managers who had this issue was troubled at the additional cost of labor that is required to manage the build up of pallets on location. Paying thousands to employees to manage this crisis would also have a direct effect on the net revenue. They found it relieving to have a reliable pallet company that would remove this crisis from their table of concerns.
Crisis #3
This particular crisis has the same negative values from the Crisis #2 previously listed with storage and expense but this crisis added another layer of concern because of the location. This crisis focused more on the damaged and non-reusable pallets that eventually creates a NON Environmental Friendly store front. Pallets that are damaged and non reusable for many took up storage, employee cost to manage, and provided an eye sore for customers. Unlike crisis #2, pallet companies will not pick up damaged and non reusable pallets for free so the build up on location begins and become unmanageable and the cost to remove and clean becomes expensive. Crisis #3 was the most stressful for owners and managers to discuss because the neglect of this issue was there issue to own. Many have stated when they established a business relationship and agreement with a company that will remove many damaged pallets before the build up, the cost savings was incredible and extremely noticeable on their quarterly and yearly financial statements.

We created the Pallet Crisis Team during a time that the entire world was dealing with a pandemic that had a colossal effect of shipping and receiving, but we created this with the understanding from many owners and managers on what can we do to help their business to move forward. We learned and understand that there are many people and companies that are in this space but many have failed on delivery of consistent and reliable service. Since starting our Pallet Crisis Team, we have implemented many service agreements that our customers found to be assuring for accountability. Many of our clients receive hundreds of shipments per week and quickly can have a pallet crisis for storage on their hands, we set up an agreements to remove pallets daily or their scheduled time for preferred removal.
